I'm currently a third-year undergraduate student at Dartmouth College studying government and music. Although previously employed by my college as a tutor for introductory Japanese, I have gained most of my tutoring experience through volunteer opportunities I have encountered in both high school and college. I have brainstormed and synthesized papers with high school students, sang Spanish songs with budding Spanish speakers, and successfully simplified fractions with a disgruntled 3rd grader. As a tutor, I enjoy finding new ways to engage students into the subject matter they previously found daunting.
